Incolink is Australia’s oldest and largest workers’ entitlement scheme, serving the building and construction industry. It provides a comprehensive safety net through redundancy benefits, income protection insurance, portable sick leave, training investment, mental health services, counselling, and wellbeing initiatives. Incolink manages funds on behalf of over 55,000 members and has achieved strong growth, high investment returns, and expanding national presence across VIC, TAS, NSW, and SA. The organisation has a $1.5B investment portfolio and contributes tens of millions annually to industry training, safety programs, mental health, and workforce development.

Reporting to the Board, the CEO will drive the long-term strategic agenda, ensuring Incolink continues to deliver strong financial stewardship, exemplary member services and high-impact industry programs. The CEO will strengthen Incolink’s governance and risk frameworks, oversee prudent investment management, and champion organisational readiness for significant regulatory reform. As the face of the organisation, the CEO will represent Incolink confidently to members, industry, government and media enhancing brand visibility and ensuring the organisation’s influence remains strong and constructive.

Success in this role demands a politically astute leader with exceptional strategic and commercial acumen, deep experience in complex stakeholder environments, and the ability to guide organisations with composure and clarity. The CEO will enhance an engaged, values-driven culture, inspire a high-performing executive team and foster an environment grounded in trust, accountability and member-focused service delivery. With further opportunities on the horizon, the CEO will also bring strategic foresight and a proven ability to collaborate on
potential growth opportunities in the best interests of members.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced and authentic leader to make a significant and lasting contribution to the construction industry and the workers and employers who rely on Incolink as their safety net. The role is Melbourne-based, with a strong in‑person leadership expectation and regular interstate engagement.
