A specialised agency, part of NSW State Government, required an Interim Project Commercial Director with a very specific skill set to deliver a critical project of work within a very tight timeframe. The Interim Executive was required to engage and deliver immediately on project KPI's and to lead a team out of a project plan that was behind schedule.
