The Client: 

Our client, in the insurance sector, required an Interim HR Program Manager Lead to develop and deliver a program of work in a very specific area of their insurance business. 

The Brief: 

This shortlist of suitable candidates, all available immediately, had very specific experience in the insurance sector and in particular a deep functional expertise to deliver and execute a new operating model.

Watermark’s Solution & Outcome: 

The organisation appointed an interim executive within one week for a period of 6 months. They also were able to place a second interim executive from the same shortlist for a slightly different, existing change mandate, essentially solving two issues immediately.
