About the role
As Senior Sales Manager, you will lead commercial growth across Oceania, driving revenue and market expansion. This role demands a seasoned sales professional with deep expertise in the major domestic appliances category and proven success managing both retail and distribution channels. You’ll shape channel strategies, build influential partnerships, and identify new opportunities to strengthen market presence. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure product availability, visibility, and competitiveness while mentoring local sales talent and delivering long-term sales excellence.
About you
The ideal executive will be a seasoned commercial leader with a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA highly regarded. Bringing 10 years of experience in the major domestic appliances industry, they will have a proven track record of driving growth and managing P&L at scale. This role requires strategic vision and the ability to translate that into actionable plans, balancing long-term market development with hands-on execution. Deep knowledge of retail and distributor dynamics across Oceania is essential, along with exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership that inspires teams and influences stakeholders, it is critically important that they bring an entrepreneurial mindset, agility, and a laser focus to delivering sustainable results.
