About the Role
UOW Global Enterprises (UOWGE) is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead its global financial strategy, risk and assurance frameworks, and continuous improvement agenda. Reporting to the Global Chief Operating Officer, you will drive financial performance, risk, assurance, and innovation across a diverse international education portfolio. This is a pivotal leadership role, providing strategic advice to the Executive Team, while championing AI-enabled systems and predictive analytics to future-proof the organisation. You’ll lead high-performing finance and risk teams, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and long-term sustainability.
About You
You are an accomplished CFO or senior finance leader with a track record of success in global, complex, multi-jurisdictional environments. CA or CPA qualified, ideally with early career experience in a Big 4 firm or similar environment. You will bring deep expertise in cross border tax, financial management, audit, and risk, coupled with a strategic mindset and commercial acumen. You thrive in dynamic settings, lead with integrity, and inspire high-performing teams. Your ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups sets you apart. Candidates with demonstrated expertise in continuous improvement—particularly in AI-driven finance systems and/or in mergers and acquisitions will be favourably considered.
