Reputation – maintain your values ALWAYS.
Relevance – it is about reinventing yourself. The world is continually changing.
Build Credibility – be assertive not arrogant when promoting yourself.
Build Visibility - have an elevator pitch - what is your tag line for your brand and what is your value add?
Build Networks – engage with the outside world, test your positioning, capture learnings from others in a non-threatening environment.
Get a mentor – we are never too old to be mentored, don’t be too proud.
