Our client, a leading provider of insurance broking, underwriting agency services, and risk management solutions, is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to drive their continued growth and success.

The organisation is owned by a leading professional membership body and was built upon the foundation of serving its professional members with high-quality insurance products, expert claims management, and risk prevention education.

Reporting to the Chair and Board, the CEO will enhance the long-term commercial viability of the business, focusing on sustainable profitable growth, market position, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership: Lead and motivate staff, ensuring sound corporate governance and succession planning.

  • Sustainable Profitable Growth: Develop strategic initiatives, enhance client relationships, and pursue new market segments and acquisitions.

  • Partnerships: Foster robust partnerships with capacity providers, industry bodies, and technology providers.

  • Financial Strength: Manage investment strategies and financial reserves, ensuring compliance and sustainability.

  • Dynamic Organisation: Respond to market changes, maintain a positive workplace culture, and drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, economics, management, or related fields.

  • Extensive commercial experience in insurance broking, underwriting, and financial lines.

  • Proven senior executive leadership and organisational change management experience.
