A high profile, national professional association, requiring an Interim CEO at short notice.
The brief:
The organisation required an Interim CEO to provide immediate expertise to cover for a period of absence for the incumbent. An interim solution was required for an unknown period of time but for at least a gap of 3 months. The Interim CEO was required to maintain team engagement, provide leadership and also to add their expertise in Governance and Risk which was a focus for the organisation right at that time.
Watermark’s solution & outcome:
A shortlist of pre-qualified candidates was put together within 4 days. The list of suitable candidates, all available immediately, were interviewed and a successful candidate was appointed within two weeks.
