Will was also Co-Founder of WorkHaven, an organisation that educates, enables, and empowers workplaces to take a lead in advocating against domestic and family violence (DFV). In 2020, WorkHaven was inducted into the DFV Prevention Honour Roll of the Queensland Government in recognition for its actions to prevent DFV, raise awareness, and support people impacted by DFV.

Will completed an Executive Leadership Programme with Said Business School at Oxford University and is a certified executive coach. He also studied at both the University of Chichester and Southampton University in business, marketing, and teaching-related fields. Will is also a member of Bond University's Executive Learning Committee.
