Prior to focusing on executive search and recruitment, Lesley worked in management consulting, operations, project leadership and practice management roles within diverse organisations in Zimbabwe, London, Hong Kong, Melbourne, and Sydney. Lesley holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Economics and Business Economics from the University of South Africa and has also pursued further studies in Human Resource Management.
