As Community Manager for Watermark’s Sydney Interim team, India is responsible for fostering connections and supporting our interim executive community across NSW, QLD, ACT and WA.
She works closely with the Partners to deliver events and initiatives that strengthen engagement across Watermark’s interim network, while also supporting the day-to-day operations of the Interim Practice and providing Executive Assistant support for the wider Sydney office.
Before joining Watermark, India gained experience across the higher education, event management and public relations sectors in Australia and the UK. Drawing on her experience in hospitality and client services, she has developed a strong ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
