Since joining Watermark in 2018, Donna has focused exclusively on interim executive leadership, partnering with organisations across healthcare, community services, manufacturing, government, financial services, utilities, not-for-profit and ASX-listed companies. She connects organisations with experienced CEOs, CFOs, COOs, Chief People Officers and transformation leaders who can step into complexity, establish momentum, and deliver impact from day one.
Known for her commercial judgement, authenticity, and ability to quickly understand organisational context, Donna is a trusted advisor during periods of uncertainty and change.
