Christine Boys is a Partner in the Financial Services practice at Watermark Search International delivering both executive search and succession advisory services. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the banking and broader financial services sector, spanning both consulting and in house executive search environments.
Most recently, Christine spent 12 years at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, where she built and led the Group’s internal executive search function, overseeing the delivery of domestic and global searches for senior leadership positions across all divisions. She was also responsible for executive talent development and succession planning for CBA’s most critical roles. Earlier in her career, Christine worked within both global and boutique executive search firms, with a focus across banking, financial services, and property.

She brings a deep understanding of the rapidly evolving financial services landscape and the shifting capabilities required of contemporary leaders. Christine holds a Master of Management from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Economics from the University of Sydney.
