Alison has spent over 14 years within Executive Search and Agency Recruitment. Prior to her role as Head of Research at Watermark Search, Alison worked as a Researcher at Derwent Executive, and previously as a Consultant and Researcher at Atticus Search, where she was responsible for researching and recruiting specialists across Asia Pacific’s Financial Markets IT and Gaming Sectors.
Alison’s experience covers permanent and contract positions of differing levels of seniority. Alison is well versed in recruiting on a global level and has successfully worked for clients in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore, Sydney and Melbourne. Prior to Recruitment, Alison spent 4 years in a business development and research role for a global management consultancy.
