We will shortly be releasing our Board Diversity Index, the fifth in the series which looks at the ASX300 and we hope will continue to contribute to the Board Diversity discussion in Australia. This year we noted:
- 38% of ASX300 Boards have more than 30% of their directors who are women
- 14.7% of our board members have been on the same board for more than 10 years
- 6% of our ASX300 Directors are under the age of 50.
