How would you describe your job to someone who knew nothing about the Executive search industry?

We help organisations to recruit top talent into Executive roles. Research plays a pivotal role in the execution of assignments, conducting candidate and industry research across a wide range of industries and engaging with people to pitch new opportunities.

What inspired you to work in the industry?

Throughout my career, I’ve always been involved in people-focused roles and a previous manager suggested that I would be well-suited to recruitment. I made the move and have never looked back.

What’s the one thing that gets you out of bed in the morning?

The ability to make a difference in peoples’ lives and knowing that no two days are the same.

What’s the best thing about working at Watermark?

I am privileged to speak with such a varied array of people on a daily basis, gaining a fascinating glimpse into their roles’ and working with a fantastic group of colleagues.

If you never had to work again, how would you spend your time?

I love what I do, but if I really didn’t have to work, I would spend time giving back to the community, travelling the world and learning another language.
