Grace McDonnell is a talent and executive search professional with experience spanning executive recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources and leadership advisory across Australia and Ireland. She specialises in identifying and assessing executive talent, supporting organisations across government, education, healthcare and the broader social purpose sector.
Grace is Research Manager at Watermark Search International, based in Sydney, where she supports executive search assignments and leadership appointments across a range of sectors. She joined Watermark following experience in executive search and talent advisory roles.
Prior to joining Watermark, Grace was a Researcher at Orchard Talent Group, partnering with consultants and clients on executive search and leadership recruitment engagements. In this role, she helped identify, assess and engage senior executives for organisations across government, education, healthcare and community services. Earlier in her career, Grace held research and recruitment roles with Derwent and Robert Half, developing expertise in talent mapping, candidate assessment and workforce solutions.
Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Business from Dublin City University, with a specialisation in Human Resource Management and Marketing.
