Crescent Healthcare supplies and distributes healthcare equipment across public and private hospitals, aged care, community health, NDIS, TAC, WorkSafe, SWEP, Home Care Packages and private clients.
This is a rare opportunity for a commercially astute leader who enjoys balancing strategy and execution. Working closely with the General Manager and broader leadership team, you will lead revenue growth, strengthen pipeline management and forecasting, embed a key account management framework, and drive new business opportunities across multiple healthcare sectors. Just as importantly, you will coach and develop an established proactive, structured and data-driven team.
The successful candidate will bring proven experience leading B2B sales teams, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, allied health or a related sector. You will have demonstrated success implementing sales processes, key account planning frameworks, CRM discipline and commercial reporting. Most importantly, you will be a practical, hands-on leader who enjoys building capability in others, thrives in a values-driven environment and is motivated by the opportunity to help shape the future of a thriving Australian business.
