Robert Lewy
Robert Lewy has had extensive experience in executive search and has been involved with Watermark Search International since 1991. He possesses a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) and a Masters Degree in Business Management from London University. His postgraduate studies include an in-depth analysis of workforce planning.
Bob is now working with the firm’s Managing Partner on the Board Services offering. This relates to both the recruitment/appointment of non-executive directors and also board effectiveness reviews.
He has had extensive exposure to a searching for Chief Executives and all general management levels plus non-executive directors. He has worked with clients in industry sectors including Federal and State Government, health, education, professional associations, not-for-profits, consumer products, industrial, information technology and retail.
His earlier career experience was spent with the management consulting division of a global accounting firm, a major oil company and a large retailer where he was responsible for establishing a Workforce Planning Department.
