Greg Hayes

Greg joined Watermark in January 2012 and is responsible for delivering executive interim assignments in both the public and private sector.
Beginning his career in London, Greg worked for a leading public sector recruitment company. He managed a division providing policy professionals to government and not for profit clients. Subsequently, Greg moved to one of the UKs leading independent executive search providers, where he was responsible for delivering interim solutions to both public and private sector clients. Successful appointments included Interim CFO, Interim Director of Communications, Interim Head of Procurement, Interim Director of Human Resources and a host of programme and project professionals.
Greg is working with established career interims as well as executives considering interim as an option for the next stage of their career. He focuses upon ‘C level’ and senior executives across a variety of functionalities including CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, HR and change and project management.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Science and Economics International Relations from the University of Wales Aberystwyth and a Master of Arts International Relations from the University of Exeter and maintains an interest in the field.
