Gregory Dohnt brings to Watermark Search International over thirteen years experience in executive recruitment, most particularly an established reputation for successful senior Financial Officer appointments.
Gregory began his recruitment career with a publicly listed, multinational recruitment organisation, first located in Melbourne and Sydney, Australia and then based in the Middle East. During his seven years with the firm he operated across a wide range of industry sectors, from infrastructure and heavy manufacturing to retail and consumer goods. Much of this time was devoted to the appointment of accounting professionals, from Chief Financial Officer to Financial Controller.
More recently Gregory was employed for six years as Senior Principal in the Executive Search & Selection Practice of another leading Australian, publicly listed recruitment organisation. Over this time he became renowned as one of Australia’s leading contributors to Financial Officer recruitment for both established, swift-growing public groups and foreign multinational firms.
Gregory was born and educated in Australia and possesses a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) from Monash University, Melbourne.
