Felicity Stalley has an extensive background in executive search, and has worked with the Partners of Watermark Search International over a number of years.
Felicity possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Sydney, and a Master of Business in Employment Relations (with Distinction) from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Felicity has a wide range of experience in both corporate human resources and business consulting roles. Her early career was spent in the public sector in policy development, before she moved into the commercial sector and undertook a number of corporate human resources roles in the information technology, professional services and banking sectors. Her extensive experience in executive recruitment has been gained across a broad range of industries as well as government bodies, with a particular focus in recent times on senior executive search for the Commonwealth and State government sectors.
Felicity is also involved with our Executive Interim practice, Watermark Interim Solutions. This part of our practice is expanding in recognition of our clients’ needs for talented senior executives to undertake short to medium term consulting projects, to meet the challenges of business in the current economic climate.
In addition to her extensive recruitment experience, Felicity has undertaken management consulting projects across a variety of industries in the areas of remuneration and reward strategies, organisational restructuring and organisational change.
