Nick has in excess of 30 years in executive recruitment, covering the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
After graduating with an honours degree in economics and economic history, his early career was spent in London. Nick moved to Sydney in the mid-1980s and Australia is now very much home. He enjoyed a number of years helping establish and build the banking and finance division for a multinational recruitment consultancy.
Nick became involved with Watermark in 2005 and, alongside leading the firm, Nick has particular expertise in the finance sector, senior financial appointments in commerce and also general management. Nick believes strongly that good executive search results are founded on close client relationships leading to genuine understanding of the business and culture.
