Lysette has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology from the University of Sydney.
Lysette joined Watermark in February 2007 following a career in Education and Financial Services. Her early career was with Macquarie Bank where she headed up a client service team in funds management.
In 1998 she joined FinSIA (then SIA), taking education solutions to the Financial Services industry to further develop the expertise of finance professionals across a range of disciplines and skills. As Business Development Manager for NSW and the ACT she worked closely with HR and Organisational L & D teams to ensure the delivery of high quality customised products to meet specific and growing needs.
In joining the Institute of Company Directors (AICD) in 2004 as National Education Manager she worked with directors and executives in most industries including manufacturing, retailing, consumer goods, construction, resources, information technology, hospitality and the public sector to provide courses to meet ever developing requirements in corporate governance.
Her strong professional, client focussed background enables her to gain a good understanding of the needs of the client, develop customised and well targeted solutions and deliver effective results.
