Robert Lewy has had extensive experience in executive search and has been a Partner of Watermark Search International since 1991. He possesses a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) and a Masters Degree in Business Management from London University. His postgraduate studies include an in-depth analysis of workforce planning.
Bob's experience in executive search is across a broad range of industry sectors and government. He is one of Australia’s foremost senior executive recruiters servicing the Commonwealth and State governments as well as government trading enterprises and utilities. He has also had extensive experience working with a broad cross-section of industries recruiting at Chief Executive and general management levels. He has worked with clients in industry sectors including health, education, professional associations, not-for-profits, consumer products, industrial, information technology and retail.
His earlier career experience was spent with the management consulting division of a global accounting firm, a major oil company and a large retail organisation, where he was responsible for establishing a Workforce Planning Department.
