One of Australia’s largest transport services organisations with a large energy utility. A unique property investment, development and management company with global operations and a significant asset base.

The brief

Our client required the appointment of a Chief Human Resources Officer.

After many decades of successful operation, our client embarked on a highly ambitious change management program following a significant corporate transaction.  Responsible for leading an HR team of more than 50 professionals, the new CHRO was to be the architect of the organisation’s new approach to people and culture.  It was expected that this would present considerable challenges in the fields of industrial relations and organisational development.
