We recently undertook the recruitment for the role of Director, People & Culture, having previously recruited both the Head of Information Technology and Head of Finance successfully for this high profile iconic organisation.

The brief

The emphasis of the human resources role was to identify a contemporary human resources professional who had the capability to work within a complex stakeholder environment where, on the one hand, organisational development initiatives such as leadership development, workforce planning and talent management are critical and on the other, management of a complex multi union employee relations environment is also important.
